Dit doen wij door te ondersteunen met huishoudelijke taken, zoals de badkamer schoonmaken, opruimen of stofzuigen. Dit doen wij vakkundig en met een warm hart.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"hh-block block-paragraph block-paragraph--id-69fb4d89dcfe1\"data-mb=\"small\">Jij bepaalt hoe jij je eigen leven inricht. Jouw wensen en gewoonten vormen het uitgangspunt voor onze zorg. Met onze gecertificeerde collega\u2019s in 305 gemeenten is er altijd een betrokken hulp dichtbij om jouw te ondersteunen. Wanneer iemand het moeilijk heeft, bieden we een helpende hand. Het bevorderen van jouw gezondheid en zelfredzaamheid staat bij ons altijd bovenaan, m\u00e9t persoonlijke aandacht en een glimlach. Wij denken altijd in mogelijkheden en gaan voor de beste oplossing. werkwijze<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"hh-block block-paragraph block-paragraph--id-69fb4d89e1a1e\"data-mb=\"small\">Om in aanmerking te komen voor huishoudelijke hulp of individuele begeleiding is een Wmo-indicatie nodig van jouw gemeente. Om erachter te komen of je in aanmerking komt voor de hulp die je wenst, kun je eenvoudig jouw Wmo-indicatie berekenen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"hh-block block-paragraph block-paragraph--id-69fb4d89e1a5b\"data-mb=\"small\">Thuiszorg is persoonlijk, daarom vinden wij een goede kennismaking belangrijk. Thuis is jouw vertrouwde omgeving, en dat willen we zo houden, ook met een thuishulp. Wij houden rekening met jouw situatie en voorkeuren. Voorafgaand aan de start van de hulp neemt jouw zorgco\u00f6rdinator de ondersteuning met je door. Daarna wordt de thuishulp ingepland.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"hh-block block-paragraph block-paragraph--id-69fb4d89e1a99\"data-mb=\"small\">De afspraken die we maken over onze hulp leggen we samen vast. Zo staat precies beschreven welke taken we bij jou thuis gaan doen. Dit plan sluit aan bij jouw leefgewoonten en wensen.
