Meld dit dan uiterlijk 24 uur van tevoren bij jouw planbureau van Tzorg.<\/p>\n<p>Let op: als je je afmeldt bij een andere zorgaanbieder, wordt dit niet automatisch aan Tzorg doorgegeven. Je moet dit dus zelf doorgeven aan Tzorg.<\/p>\n<p>Zeg je de afspraak niet op tijd af? Dan kunnen wij kosten in rekening brengen, zoals gederfde inkomsten. Was het voor jou onmogelijk om op tijd af te zeggen? Bijvoorbeeld door een onverwachte ziekenhuisopname? Doe dat zo snel mogelijk na het ontstaan van de schade, zodat deze zo goed mogelijk kan worden opgepakt met de betrokkenen.<br \/>2) Om de schade goed te kunnen beoordelen, verzoeken wij je het voorwerp niet weg te gooien of te laten repareren totdat de schadebehandeling is afgerond. Laat je het toch repareren, maak dan vooraf duidelijke foto\u2019s van de schade.<br \/>3) Je ontvangt van het schadebureau een e-mail met een link en instructies om de schade aan te melden.<br \/>4) Schademeldingen worden op volgorde van binnenkomst behandeld; dit kan tot zes weken duren. Vul het formulier volledig in en voeg bewijsstukken toe om vertraging te voorkomen.
